HELP is at hand for carers looking after a loved one with dementia thanks to a free information programme which starts in Stratford-upon-Avon next Wednesday, 17th January.

Run by Warwickshire Reminiscence Action Project (WRAP), the programme is funded by Stratford Town Trust and Lucern Solar C.I.C.

”Looking After A Loved One “living with dementia” (LAALO) provides information for carers who have a loved one recently diagnosed with any type of dementia.

There will be guest speakers that cover legal information, advice on medical facts, carer’s allowance, plus understanding more about dementia.

This free programme runs for eight weeks - two hours per week - from 10am to 12pm and will be held at Briar Croft, Alcester Road. Stratford.
