Former Chancellor Kenneth Clarke MP gives his views to the Herald

THE Herald's Preston Witts interviews Conservative MP Ken Clarke ahead of his appearance at Stratford's ArtsHouse on Friday evening.

The frank conversation about his time in politics comes as the former cabinet minister publishes his recollections of parliament during his career called Kind of Blue - A Political Memoir.

Commenting on the recent European referendum and the Brexit vote, Mr Clarke said: "The truth is that absolutely nobody including present ministers in the government know exactly what will happen over the next few months."
