Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service is warning drivers to be wary of slippery roads at this time of year, as autumn leaves and rainfall create a potential hazard in some areas of the county.

The warning follows an incident on the A422 at Inkberrow over the weekend attended by crews from Alcester and Redditch.

Thankfully the driver was able to walk away from the vehicle with a little assistance.
