Family's tribute to man who died in collision on Europa Way, Warwick

His family have released the following tribute:
"We know nothing will bring our gentle caring son back, but we would appreciate any information that can be given to the police investigation to help us understand why." The family have asked that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
Police are keen to speak to any witnesses who may have seen Rowan on Tuesday night 29th September into the early hours of Wednesday morning 30th September around the Leamington Spa area to try and understand his movements prior to the collision. Please contact Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident 26 of 30th September 2015.
