David Tennant spotted filming in Stratford

ACTOR David Tennant is in Stratford-upon-Avon filming for a star studded movie called You, Me and Him.

He was spotted in a rowing boat close to the Dirty Duck pub side of the River Avon with co-star Lucy Punch and a camera crew on Friday.

Small but curious crowds gathered in Southern Lane to see the action take place most of which happened during a morning shoot.

By 3pm the filming had ended, the stars had finished their scenes and the film crew had made their final checks before packing up.

It’s understood Mr Tennant and the film crew are in Stratford for the next few days and will be shooting scenes near some of the town's most well-known landmarks and by the river itself.
