Crime round-up for Stratford: Land Rover stolen, attempted burglary and theft from a truck

A LAND Rover Discovery was stolen from the driveway of a property in Longfellow Road, Stratford.

Police said it happened on 4th February and was stolen without the keys.

Elsewhere in Stratford there was an attempted burglary at a home in Flower Road, Stratford, between 27th January and 2nd February.

The offenders tried, unsuccessfully, to gain entry to a property via the rear patio doors.

A thief smashed a window of a pick-up truck in Alcester Road, Stratford, and stole a pair of Prada sunglasses.

The Toyota Hilux truck was targeted between 7.30pm on 5th February and 6.30am the following day.

A small window on the passenger side was smashed and the vehicle was searched.
