Council agrees action to help the homeless

Stratford District Council looks set enter a new six-year agreement with Orbit Housing in an attempt to help ease the town’s homeless problem.

During last week's Cabinet meeting councillors agreed to enter a new-more flexible arrangement with Orbit, whereby the authority could rent more temporary accommodation units from the company during times of peak demand.
