AN 84-year-old man who died following a crash in Greenhill Street in Stratford-upon-Avon on Monday has been named.

Ken Churchill, who is from Stratford, died after arriving at University Hospital in Coventry following the collision at approximately 1.30pm.

Ken - a butcher at H C Lewis in Kineton - was described as a much-loved husband, daddy and 'papa-papa' in a tribute that was released this evening by his wife Marg, his daughter Jacqui, his son-in-law Robert, grandchildren Laurie and Jesse and his brother-in-law Michael.

See tomorrow's Herald for more tributes.
