Cannabis farm uncovered in Shipston after tip-off from the public

A CANNABIS farm was raided in Shipston this morning (Tuesday).

Warwickshire Police said the safer neighbourhood teams (SNT) from Stratford, Wellesbourne and Alcester along with the operation patrol unit and rural crime team helped Shipston SNT carry out the raid.

Officers were acting on information provided by the public and found 34 adult cannabis plants and a hydroponics system, which were seized and destroyed.
