BREAKING NEWS: More verdicts in the Tristram Wallace murder trial

ANOTHER one of four people who are on trial for the murder of Tristram Wallace in Stratford-upon-Avon last June has been found guilty.

Peter Mallon, 41,, of Rumer Close, Long Marston, was convicted by the jury at Birmingham Crown Court in the last few minutes.

Donna Windsor, 37,of Betjeman Close, Stratford-upon-Avon, was found not guilty of murder. At the start of the trial she admitted manslaughter.

The jury failed to reach a verdict on the fourth man, Toney Jelf, 39,of no fixed abode, on the murder charge, although he had also previously admitted manslaughter.

Neil Potter, 36, of Clopton Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, was found guilty of murder yesterday, Monday.

All four stood expressionless in the dock when the verdicts were read out and there were shouts of 'yes' from the public gallery.

Detective Chief Inspector Jason Downes said: "My thoughts are with Tristram's family today, this was a shocking, vicious attack undertaken in broad daylight and I am pleased those responsible have been brought to justice."
