A teacher from Alcester Grammar has won a top science award for teaching.

Charles Gill from Tiddington has been named this year’s Royal Society of Biology, School Biology Teacher of the Year.

The prestigious award aims to recognise the UK’s best secondary education teachers and the role they have in educating and inspiring the next generation of biologists.
