Anger as clouds cast over airfield future

UNDER-PRESSURE businesses at Wellesbourne Airfield have received huge backing following news that they are to be evicted by the end of the year.
Last week the Herald revealed that businesses had been told to leave by 24th December, at which point the site would cease to operate as an airfield.
In reaction to the news, Stratford District Council have launched a feasibility study to assess the impact losing such businesses could have on the area and what support could be offered to them.
