Stratford's a good place to do business, says estate agent
THERE has been resurgence in demand for businesses premises despite the uncertain economic climate and the implementation of Brexit.
Jon Blood, a surveyor at Warwickshire property consultants ehB Commercial, said: “We have seen a rapid increase in the number of enquiries looking for good quality office space in the town.
“This has been proven in the number of leases and sales we have agreed recently."
Mr Blood said all five units the company has been marketing at Cygnet Court on Timothy’s Bridge Road were now let or under offer, and an offer has been accepted for the freehold on The Courtyard, also on Timothy’s Bridge Road.
Mr Blood said: “Cygnet Court has benefited from the most recent business rates revaluation with most tenants seeing a reduction in their rates payable which has had a positive impact on the local market.”
