Stratford hotel put up for sale
THE Best Western Grosvenor Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon has been put up for sale.
The 73-bedroom hotel in Warwick Road is one of three hotels being sold off as a mini portfolio or individually.
The other two are the 110-bedroom Best Western Marks Tey in Colchester and the 95-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.
Kerr Young, director of JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group, which is marketing the hotels, commented: “These hotels represent a significant opportunity to acquire hotels with the benefit of established track record that appeal both to business traveller and leisure guests.
"We are seeing increasing investor interest in UK regional hotel assets and anticipate strong interest in these asset sales."
