THERE’S always a warm welcome waiting for visitors to Twelfth Night Guesthouse in Stratford -upon-Avon which has earned owners James and Annie Smith a place in the finals of the Automobile Association’s 2017 Friendliest Bed and Breakfast Awards.

The married couple, who took over the eight bedroom guesthouse in Evesham Place 11 years ago, ensure every guest to their home is greeted with a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake.

“We always give guests a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake and welcome them to our home by getting to know our guests as people some have been visiting us for years not a week goes by without us getting a ‘thank you’ gift like cards, chocolates and flowers,” Annie said.

James and Annie have been nominated for this year’s Friendliest B&B Awards by AA inspectors who have stayed and visited Twelfth Night previously. Now the couple are among 24 UK finalists invited to an awards ceremony at the London Landmark Hotel on Monday 8th May.
