A 1982 Rolls-Royce owned by the late Kenny Baker, who played R2-D2 in the Stars Wars films, will be auctioned off at Warwickshire Exhibition Centre near Leamington this weekend.

The Rolls-Royce Corniche Fixed Head Coupé will be offered with a sale estimate of £33,000 to £36,000.

Kenny died, aged 81, in August after a long illness.

It is one of a catalogue of 161 classics that will go under the hammer on Saturday, 24th September, at the auction organised by Gaydon-based Classic Car Auctions.

They include a 1986 Ferrari 328 GTB that is one of just 1,344 worldwide, and a 2004 MG Rover ZT 1.8 Turbo which, with just three miles on the clock, is believed to be the best condition ZT in the world.
