Hat-trick hero Sam helps leaders march on



STRATFORD HGC moved ten points clear at the top of the Evesham Sunday League Division Three following a 4-0 win at Fairfield Titans.
Sam Jalowiecki led the way with a hat-trick, taking his season’s tally to 23 goals, to secure unbeaten HGC an eighth win in ten matches.
Second-placed Ashton made it five wins from six, thanks to a 2-0 victory at Alcester Town. Both goals came in the second half, with Lewis Carter and Tom Wall on target.
Alex Welsby bagged two goals to help Stour Excelsior edge out hosts Offenham Rovers 3-2 in Division One. Will Brocklehurst also scored as Stour moved into seventh place in the table.
Stour Excelsior Reserves bowed out of the Bluick Cup, going down 3-2 at home to higher league Alderton, with Nick Walker and Sam Johnson the Stour scorers.
