INVESTIGATIONS are continuing into the cause of a huge fire that tore through Goldicote Business Park, near Stratford-upon-Avon last week, but it is not being treated as suspicious.

Fire chiefs confirmed this week that although they do not yet know the fire started at the park, on Banbury Road, there are no suspicious circumstances.

Crews have been re-inspecting the site during the past week and the latest crew went out as the Herald went to press yesterday.

The fire broke out at JFC Plastics just before 1.30pm last Tuesday, 16th October and 60 firefighters and ten engines managed to get it under control by the same evening. However, they remained on site damping down and treating hotspots and finally got the all clear at 12.52 on Sunday, 21st October.
