TWO Stratford businesses will be backing KES netballers when they head on tour to Spain and Gibraltar.
Tudor Physiotherapy and hair and lifestyle brand Nashwhite are the new sponsors of the girls’ team for their trip.
KES director of sport, Toby Wilson said: “We are delighted that these two businesses are supporting our Netball Tour. Although I am relatively new to the School, I can see the passion and determination of the girls and coaches and know that netball will continue to go from strength to strength.”
Tudor Physio’s director, Andrew Holbrook (also lead physio for Superleague side Wasps Netball) has been involved with the school for many years and has recently developed a pre-hab training programme to help the girls understand how to prevent injury.
“Specialising in sports injuries and rehabilitation, we are keen to support female sport. When this opportunity came along we were delighted to become the primary sponsor for KES Netball,” he said.
Lauren Thomas, salon manager at Sheep Street-based Nashwhite, said: “We feel the Nashwhite brand is a good fit with the young and energetic netball girls at KES. It’s great to be supporting the local community and we were so pleased to be asked to get involved.”
This will be the third international netball tour KES have offered since the girls started studying at the school in 2013.
