A SERIES of concerts will take place in memory of a renowned music academic and pianist who died in a road accident last year.
Rohan Stewart-MacDonald, aged 42, was chairman of both the Stratford Chamber Choir and the Friends of Music at Holy Trinity Church, and a member of the Orchestra of the Swan Choir.
Four months on from his death, the church has organised four concerts to remember him.
The first will see young French Louise Cournarie play at Holy Trinity at 7.30pm tonight, Saturday, 28th April.
Spanish pianist Antonio Oyarzabal will play at the church on Saturday, 5th May, following by Laurens Macklow (baritone) and Benedict Wilson (piano) on Saturday, 12th May, and Greek guitarist Nikos Baroutsakis on Saturday, 19th May.
Admission to all four is free with retiring collection on each evening.
