Circus theme a hit at Lapworth Scarecrow Festival

One of the most popular attractions was a big top scene made in the front garden of local residents David and Lizzie Whyte. This included a scarecrow cycling on a tightrope, two scarecrows who were part of a knife throwing act and a friendly clown.

Over £9,500 has been raised at the festival which is then given to organisations like the primary school, Riding for the Disabled, the Brownies, and Old Peoples’ Association.
