The meeting will be held at the district council’s headquarters at Elizabeth House, in Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, at 5.30pm.


It will be chaired by the district council’s leader Cllr Chris Saint (Cons, Tredington). Members of the cabinet and other councillors will also be there.


The meeting will be largely informal and a discussion of any matter relevant to the district council’s services will be welcomed.


A district council spokeswoman said that businesses may well find the meeting relevant with growth of business rates now under local control.
