Wintry weather continues to take its toll

THE wintry weather continues to take its toll on the local sporting programme.

Table-topping Stratford Town’s showdown with second-placed Stourport Swifts tomorrow (Tuesday) has been postponed again following a call-off in December.

Stratford have rescheduled their home game with Tipton Town, which was postponed on Saturday, to Tuesday 5th March meaning that they will have six consecutive home games that month.

Studley’s Birmingham Senior Cup tie at Sutton Coldfield Town tomorrow has also been postponed along with Southam United’s trip to Bartley Green in the Birmingham FA Midweek Floodlit Cup.

Thursday’s Midweek Jumps meeting at Warwick Racecourse has also been abandoned.
