Town signings boost promotion bid

STRATFORD Town manager Carl Adams believes the recent signings of Lei Brown and Ashley Edwards have pushed his table-topping side to a new level as they continue their Baker Joiner Midland Alliance promotion push with the first of two consecutive home fixtures this Saturday.

Both players have made an immediate impact with encouraging displays in Saturday’s 5-3 triumph at Boldmere St Michaels and last week’s 4-0 victory at home to Studley.

Town entertain Heath Hayes at the DCS Stadium this Saturday, kick-off 3pm.
