STRATFORD Town’s contrasting form in cup and league continued on Tuesday night at the DCS Stadium when they went out of the MFA League Cup at the first time of asking.

A team that is unbeaten and has performed consistently well in the league to lead the table by six points, has now gone out of all four cup competitions this season. Tuesday’s exit followed earlier ones in the FA Cup, FA Vase and Birmingham Senior Cup.
