A HIGH-SPEED police chase involving a stolen car that went on for approximately 35 miles started near Henley-in-Arden yesterday afternoon.
It began at around 1.45pm after a white Audi travelling on the M40 northbound near junction 16 failed to stop for officers.
The car made off at speed and was eventually brought to a stop by a stinger device at 2.10pm on the northbound carriageway of the M6 between junctions 10-11.
Four men aged in their early 20s were arrested on the motorway north of Walsall on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
