TWO Stratford-upon-Avon brothers won a Bafta at the British Academy Children’s Awards on Sunday night for their series of animated ‘psychedelic comedy maths’ sketches.
Myles and Greg McLeod, based in Rother Street, Stratford, received the award in the ‘learning’ category for their two-minute animations called 'Quiff and Boot'. These follow a Scouse woman with a large quiff and a talking boot tackling maths problems, and were aired early in the morning on BBC2 this year
The Brothers McLeod were presented with the Bafta at the award ceremony at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London. They have been nominated three times for Bafta before but this is the first they have won.
