Stratford jewellery store closed after weather batters region

Fraser Hart on the corner of Wood Street and High Street in Stratford-upon-Avon

STORM Emma and the Beast from the East left their mark on the region over the weekend including many homes and businesses reporting frozen and cracked pipes.

One such business to feel the full force of the weather was Stratford’s Fraser Hart jewellers which is currently closed due to flooding.

A spokesperson for the company said the store, on High Street, is expected reopen within a fortnight.

For a full photo round-up of the snow across the region see Thursday’s Herald.

it will reopen in a fortnight? and the snow lasted for four days? it couldn’t be that the weather was a convenient excuse?

If it takes me 2 seconds to chuck a bucket of water over you why does it take you 10 minutes to get changed? What a pointless analogy, there’s probably water damage and contractors are busy.
