Town v Tiverton falls victim to the Beast

STRATFORD Town have fallen victim to the freezing weather with their second home game in a week being called off.
After snow from the Beast from the East has left conditions around the stadium treacherous and the pitch frozen, the Evo-Stik Southern Premier clash with Tiverton Town has been postponed.
It will be rearranged to a date to be announced.
Town’s scheduled game against Hitchin Town was also called off on Tuesday. The match has been arranged for Tuesday, 27th March (7.45pm).
It means FC Stratford’s planned home fixture in Midland League Division Three for that date will be put back 24 hours to the Wednesday (7.45pm).
